About Bex Interiors

When you walk into a restaurant, office, or home, you immediately get a feeling. Color, texture, and design can make a space feel warm and inviting, cold and clinical, or relaxed and fun. Interior design is more than decorating—it’s the difference between Do not touch and Make yourself at home. I want to create spaces that invite people to create memories and experiences. Places to gather friends, neighbors, and loved ones—places where people want to live.

My first internship was with a small-but-mighty interior design business. That work inspired me, and I later moved on to R. Higgins Interiors where I worked on high-end residential homes. Later I worked in the hospitality space, giving corporate spaces a residential feel. My work throughout these industries helped me understand people and what makes them feel at home.

In 2020, I started Bex Interiors to help you fall in love with your home. Let’s create memories.

Hey, I’m Haley!

I have always felt drawn to creative industries—art, literature, and music have a way of evoking emotion—but when I reflected on what most spoke to my spirit, it was place.

Growing up in central Mississippi exposed me to a unique blend of Southern culture, traditions, and a sense of community that are often associated with the region. These experiences have shaped my understanding of what makes a house truly feel like a home.

My background and perspective gives me an advantage in understanding and incorporating elements of Southern charm and hospitality into my designs. I often infuse my designs with elements that pay homage to my Mississippi roots, like warm color palettes, traditional architectural details, and using materials and textures that reflect the environment I grew up in.

In the end, my journey from Central Mississippi to Nashville led to meaningful and impactful interior design work. My goal is to help people turn houses into homes, and by doing so, I want to create spaces that hold deep emotional value for my clients.
